Relationship Manager - Home Loans

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager specializing in Home Loans to join our dynamic team in the Mumbai Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships in the housing finance sector. This role requires a strong understanding of various loan products, including home loans, mortgage loans, and loan against property, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored home loan solutions.
• Conduct field sales activities to promote home loan products and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and timely disbursement of funds.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on mortgage options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Manage a team of sales professionals, providing training and support to enhance their performance and achieve collective goals.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in field sales, particularly in home loans or related financial products.
