Remote VMware & Data Center Infrastructure Engineer

We are an independent, senior-level multi-cloud services company helping enterprises and growing tech driven businesses build scalable cloud foundations for long-term growth. We work at the point where strategy meets execution – turning cloud, platform engineering and Infrastructure as Code into real business leverage, not slideware.

We don’t treat digital transformation as a buzzword. For us it’s day-to-day engineering work: designing resilient architectures, automating infrastructure with Terraform and policy-as-code, reducing operational risk, and enabling teams to move faster without losing control. We actively help our clients modernize how they build, deploy and operate technology - especially where complexity, scale and regulatory pressure collide.

Our approach is simple and demanding at the same time: we look at the client’s challenges from their perspective, build partnerships based on mutual value, and focus on measurable outcomes - efficiency, predictability, cost awareness and long-term maintainability of platforms.

Semantive is a 40+ people team of highly senior engineers and consultants. No junior factory, no body-leasing mindset. We specialize in cloud platforms, DevOps, IaC and data-driven systems, working closely with our clients on complex transformation initiatives. We value long-term relationships, ownership and transparency, and we give our people real influence on how the company, our services and our technical direction evolve.

Our mission is to support customers at various stages of their digital transformation, from data centers infrastructure automation, initial migration and cloud-native modernization to building platforms and scaling Infrastructure as Code processes for multiple development teams. We are seeking an experienced VMware and Infrastructure Engineer eager to join us on this mission.
