WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform residential plumbing service and install work — most jobs completed in 1–2 days, larger boiler jobs up to 4–5 days
• Diagnose issues thoroughly, addressing root cause rather than just the immediate symptom
• Conduct a full home plumbing walk-through on service calls (water quality, water pressure, pipe condition, water heater status) and explain findings to the homeowner in plain language
• Present upfront, flat-rate pricing options using the company price book — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners to create a five-star customer experience
• Keep your company-provided van and tools organized and job-ready
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for genuine emergency calls
