What You’ll Do

• Engage shoppers at retail locations and start friendly conversations with homeowners

• Introduce customers to ZINTEX home improvement services

• Generate qualified leads and record information in our CRM

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display area

• Participate in team trainings and meetings

• Represent the ZINTEX brand with a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

• An outgoing personality and strong communication skills

• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• A positive attitude and professional appearance

• Comfort standing for extended periods

• Weekend availability required

• Motivation to meet goals and earn performance-based bonuses
