Retail Growth Manager

Are you looking to move away from slow-moving corporate structures and instead partner directly with founders to scale an offline business across 6,000+ premium global retail doors?

At Ultrahuman, you will own the high-leverage growth playbook end-to-end, directly driving revenue outcomes and fast-tracking your path into a global country manager role.

Retail Growth Manager: Build Ultrahuman's offline retail business from the front. Based in Bangalore.

About Us:

Ultrahuman ($125M FY26 revenue, ~6000 Retail doors, 100+ countries) is one of the world's leading smart-ring and health-wearable companies - an Indian-built global brand, headquartered in Bangalore and sold in 100+ countries. We make the Ultrahuman Ring AIR (one of the world's lightest smart rings), the M1 glucose platform, Ultrahuman Home, and Blood Vision - one connected health platform across wearables, glucose, home, and blood. We did around $125M in revenue in FY26 - founder-led and growing fast, competing with the likes of Oura and Whoop.

The Role:

We're building our offline retail business and looking for a hands-on operator to grow it. You'll get the brand into the right premium retail doors, make each door productive, and build the playbook - premium retail chains, large-format retail, modern trade, distribution, and store expansion. The brand is already live in roughly 6,000 retail doors across 100+ countries - from Best Buy and Costco to Selfridges, Croma and JB Hi-Fi - so you'd be deepening real relationships and lifting sell-out, not starting from scratch. You'll work directly with the founders and the Chief Business Officer on a small, lean team, with a clear path to grow into a country manager as we expand. An execution role for someone who likes to do the work themselves - open doors, negotiate, build relationships, drive the numbers, whatever your current title.

What You'll Do:

• Own and grow offline retail revenue - open premium doors, negotiate terms, build distributor and retailer relationships, lift sell-out per door

• Build the retail playbook - channel economics, in-store experience, merchandising, promoter programs, expansion sequencing

• Work directly with the founders and the Chief Business Officer, and use AI tools as a default way of working

You'll Be A Great Fit If You:

• Have personally built or grown an offline retail number at a premium consumer brand - doors opened, sell-out grown, a channel built from the ground up

• Come from premium consumer hardware, health & fitness wearables, or a premium D2C brand that took offline retail seriously

• Are hands-on and hungry, and use AI tools in your daily work
