Alongside NYC shipment responsibilities, the coordinator supports inventory accuracy, store standards, and operational processes across all Wolford boutiques in the US through inventory monitoring, process follow-up, and training support. The role partners closely with the Director of Retail, field leaders, and store leaders to identify issues, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain consistent operational standards.

- Coordinate and track weekly cycle counts, required recounts, and inventory corrections; support stocktakes and discrepancy research.
- Monitor damage processing and ensure merchandise is documented, handled, and removed from sellable inventory according to company procedures.
