Retail Sales Executive

DailyObjects is seeking energetic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our stores in Andhra Pradesh. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products that align with their preferences. You will also be tasked with achieving individual and store sales targets while maintaining high standards of product displays and store merchandising. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, as you will be interacting with a diverse customer base. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will handle customer queries and ensure an excellent in-store shopping experience. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a 24x7 operational environment, including rotational and night shifts. An interest in fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or design-led products will be an advantage. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from 2.5 Lakh INR to 7 Lakh INR, depending on experience and interview performance.
