The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading a team of sales associates, and maintaining inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner and that the store is well-organized.
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance.
Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment for both employees and customers.
