📍 Location: Orchard, Singapore🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent💰 Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month exclude commission🕘 Working Hours: Retail hours (including weekends & public holidays)Job Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job coaching and guidance.
- Assist with staff deployment, daily duties and shift arrangements.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required.
- Ensure merchandise displays and store presentation meet brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee cashiering, opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with daily sales reports and operational matters.
- Ensure company policies and retail procedures are followed by the team.
- Take charge of store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
