Revenue Operations Manager

About us

Fortiro is a growing fintech with a highly experienced team, backed by significant investment, and giving you the opportunity to contribute to an award-winning enterprise SaaS platform. Our technology uses emerging technologies and AI to help detect financial crime and enable automation in processes like lending and insurance claim verification. It is trusted by leading banks and financial services businesses in Australia, New Zealand, and globally.

About the role

Be the reason our revenue data is right.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to run Fortiro’s revenue systems with discipline and care.

HubSpot is our system of record for Go To Market. It holds the customer, pipeline and revenue data that leadership, Finance and the Board rely on. You will own its integrity: clean data, controlled change, documented processes and reporting people trust.

This is a steady pair of hands role. Success means our core systems work as they should, every day, without surprises. You will be comfortable doing the hands-on administration yourself while building out the larger programs Fortiro needs as it scales.

Specialist agency partners support complex builds and new capability. You set the standards they work to and own what goes live.

What you’ll be doing

• Own HubSpot end to end: configuration, workflows, users and permissions, plus Gong, Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and their integrations

• Make the data trustworthy: set data standards, run audits and dedupes, validate every import and fix root causes, not symptoms, while protecting access in line with our security and privacy policies

• Govern change properly: test, release, document and roll back with confidence, and sign off agency work before go-live

• Deliver reporting everyone believes: GTM dashboards from lead to renewal, one definition per metric, monthly reconciliation with Finance and the data behind our Board reviews

• Standardise how we go to market: own the GTM playbook and train teams so processes are followed, not worked around

• Drive the RevOps roadmap: lead priority programs such as HubSpot quoting and contracting, Gong adoption and the territory model, and build targets and capacity models for annual planning

What you’ll bring to the role

• 5+ years in Revenue, Sales or Marketing Operations in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years as the primary HubSpot administrator

• Deep hands-on HubSpot administration across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs

• Proven data governance in a live CRM

• A clean track record of controlled change: testing, release, documentation and rollback

• Strong reporting skills: custom HubSpot dashboards, advanced Excel and pipeline and revenue reconciliation

• Clear documentation and user training that drives consistent adoption

You check before you change, choose the simplest reliable solution over the newest one, and are confident pushing back to senior leaders when priorities or compliance demands it.

Bonus points for: HubSpot certifications, Gong, Lusha or Sales Navigator admin, HubSpot quoting or CPQ, Xero integrations, AI tools such as Claude in GTM operations, managing agency partners, mentoring others, and experience in fintech or regulated environments.

Why Fortiro

• Make an impact: help enterprise customers succeed with world-class fraud detection

• Work on cutting-edge solutions: build products that transform financial crime prevention

• Be yourself: flexible, inclusive culture with remote and in-person options

• Grow with us: real opportunities to learn and take on new challenges

• Long-term focus: we invest in our people, and our strong retention rate proves it
