Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, development, validation, and optimization of next- wireless power network solutions focused on asset tracking, temperature, humidity, and location intelligence. This individual will play a critical role in designing highly reliable, low-power RF systems that enable real-time tracking across enterprise, industrial, and retail environments.
Candidates should possess a strong background in RF system design, wireless communications, antenna integration, regulatory compliance, and must have cross-functional product development from concept through mass production. This role requires collaboration with hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver scalable, cost-effective products that exceed customer expectations.
This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex wireless challenges while delivering innovative, production-ready products that enable reliable asset visibility across warehouses, logistics networks, industrial environments, and consumer applications.
Local Candidates OnlyResponsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize RF systems for asset tracking products, utilizing technologies including:
- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
- Wi-Fi
- UWB
- LoRa
- Cellular IoT (LTE-M, NB-IoT, Cat-M1)
- RFID (HF/UHF)
- Develop complete RF system architectures balancing:
- Range
- Cost
- Throughput
- Latency
- Perform RF simulations, link budget analysis, propagation modeling, and system-level performance evaluations.
- Validate antenna matching networks and optimize RF front-end performance.
- Work closely with PCB designers to ensure proper RF layout, grounding, shielding, impedance control, and signal integrity.
- Lead RF characterization using laboratory equipment including:
- Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
- Spectrum Analyzers
- Signal Generators
- Oscilloscopes
- RF Power Meters
- OTA Test Systems
- Support antenna selection, tuning, and integration across multiple product platforms.
- Troubleshoot RF performance issues throughout product development and manufacturing.
