This is a remote position.
- Strong RMS experience, including ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
- Production support & triage experience
- Clear, proactive communication
They should be able to triage failures, understand the critical path, and escalate issues appropriately. They will be expected to update runbooks / knowledge base articles and recommend improvements to the engineering team.
