RN-DON

At Heritage Hall Blackstone, we're in the midst of something powerful: a revival of care for the most vulnerable members of our community. We know this work doesn't come with fanfare, but it comes with something far more meaningful: the opportunity to make a real difference every single day. Our facility is home to a dedicated core team with deep roots here, professionals who stay because they believe in the impact of compassionate, consistent care.

We need a Director of Nursing who understands that leadership means more than policies and paperwork. This role requires someone firm and fair, but also deeply compassionate toward patients, families, and the staff who work tirelessly beside you. When the pressure is on and the work gets hard, you'll be the leader who rolls up their sleeves and steps in while inspiring your team to push through because the work matters. We're close to a big city with higher-paying opportunities, and we respect that, but we're looking for someone who chooses to stay because serving our elderly population isn't just a job, it's a calling.
