Position: Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Reports to: Clinical Director/ Clinic RN/BSN Nurse Manager

Pay Description: FT/Non-Exempt

Summary: Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director/ Clinic RN/BSN Nurse Manager, applies nursing skills in the care and treatment of patients while also conducting outreach to and advocacy for the homeless population. The RN/LPN will be responsible for providing quality care of patients in a safe, effective, efficient manner and to act as a liaison between clients and their families and health, mental health, and social service providers. Also, coordination of medications ordered through Drug Assistance Program. In addition, the RN/LPN assists the Foothills Active Day Center Director with management responsibilities, including monitoring the health needs of participants as needed.
