Roofing Service Technician – Pompano Beach, FL
Location: Pompano Beach / Broward County Area
Job Type: Full-Time

Join Our Team
Crown Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a dependable and experienced Roofing Service Technician to join our growing team in the Pompano Beach area. This position performs roof inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, leak investigations, and service work on commercial and residential roofing systems.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and skilled at diagnosing roofing problems, performing quality repairs, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues, including leaks and storm damage.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential roofing systems.
- Troubleshoot and identify sources of roof leaks and other roofing problems.
- Document findings with photographs and detailed service reports.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Complete work orders accurately and on time.
- Assist with emergency service calls as needed.
Qualifications
- Roofing experience preferred; roofing service and repair experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.
