Full description
Process Discovery and Solution Design
-
Shadow every function to map current-state processes; produce Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) to handover and audit standard.
-
Score candidates on volume, frequency, rule-clarity, exception rate, ROI and risk; own and prioritise the automation pipeline.
-
Choose the right instrument for each case UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, Make or Zapier, a Python script, an AI agent, or a process redesign that needs no automation at all. Justify the choice on licence cost, reliability and who will maintain it. Knowing when not to automate is part of the job.
-
Build and own new automations while an existing contractor-managed UiPath estate continues to run in parallel; coordinate with that team, avoid duplicate builds, and absorb handover of those automations as your own estate matures.
Content and Blog Automation
-
Build an end-to-end blog pipeline: pull target keywords from the keyword bank, generate SEO-structured drafts via the Claude API using per-brand voice and tone profiles, auto-generate meta title, meta description, slug, alt text and internal links, route to a human review and approval queue, auto-publish to the correct WordPress/CMS site, ping Search Console for indexing, and log the published URL back to the content tracker.
-
Enforce quality gates in the pipeline: plagiarism and AI-detection checks, keyword-density and readability thresholds, brand-term validation, and a mandatory human approval step before anything goes live.
-
Automate content refresh — identify decaying pages from Search Console data, regenerate updated sections, and route for approval.
Social Media Automation
-
Automate the full publishing cycle across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and Pinterest: calendar ingestion from the social media calendar, AI-generated platform-specific captions and hashtags, creative pairing from the approved asset library, scheduling, publishing via platform APIs or a scheduler, and failure alerting.
-
Auto-repurpose each published blog into platform-native post variants and queue them for approval.
-
Automate engagement reporting: daily and weekly pulls of reach, impressions, engagement and follower movement per brand per platform into a consolidated dashboard.
-
Automate comment and DM triage — AI classification by intent (lead, complaint, spam, general), routing to the right owner, and draft responses for human approval.
Rpa Developer at Z Ventures (New Delhi) — aijobsearch
SEO and Analytics Reporting Automation
-
Automate monthly SEO reporting per brand: Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Google Business Profile data pulled, transformed, AI-summarised into plain-language commentary, and delivered as a branded report without manual assembly.
-
Automate rank and keyword movement tracking with threshold-based exception alerts.
-
Automate website health checks across every site we manage — uptime, broken links, page speed, SSL and domain expiry — with alerting.
RPA Development — UiPath
-
Build, test, deploy and maintain attended and unattended automations in UiPath Studio; publish, schedule and monitor via Orchestrator.
-
Apply REFramework properly: queue and transaction handling, retry logic, structured exception handling, business vs. application exception separation, and full logging.
-
Automate across UI, Excel, PDF, email, database, API and Citrix targets.
-
Implement Document Understanding / IDP for invoices, purchase orders, quotations, resumes and timesheets.
-
Manage assets, credentials, triggers, machines and robot capacity in Orchestrator.
Workflow and Integration Automation (n8n and Equivalents)
-
Build API-driven and event-driven automations in n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent orchestration tools, including scheduled jobs, webhooks, branching logic, error branches and retry handling.
-
Integrate systems that have no native connector by writing custom HTTP nodes, Python or Google Apps Script — CMS platforms, social APIs, analytics APIs, internal tools and third-party systems.
-
Use these lightweight platforms deliberately where a full RPA licence is not justified, and document the reasoning so the estate stays defensible on cost.
-
Self-host, secure and monitor these workflows where required, including credential handling and failure alerting.
Power Platform Development
-
Build cloud and desktop flows across SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel Online, Dataverse, Forms and Approvals, plus custom connectors and HTTP/API integrations where standard connectors fall short.
-
Build Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) for internal data capture, approval and tracking.
-
Build Copilot Studio agents for internal self-service — HR policy queries, IT helpdesk triage, document and policy lookup.
-
Manage solutions and ALM across Dev, UAT and Production.
AI-Powered Automation (Claude / LLM Integration)
-
Integrate the Claude API and comparable LLM APIs into pipelines for extraction, classification, summarisation, drafting, comparison and quality checking of unstructured content.
-
Build agent workflows with prompt design, structured JSON output and schema validation, tool calling, MCP integrations, retry and fallback logic, confidence thresholds and cost controls.
-
Enforce human-in-the-loop checkpoints before any AI output reaches a system of record, a ledger, a published page or an external recipient.
-
Additional target use cases: resume-to-JD matching and first-pass screening through the applicant tracking system, invoice and PO extraction, contract and quotation clause comparison, email triage and response drafting, ticket classification and routing, vendor quote comparison, and meeting-notes-to-action-items.
-
Monitor token consumption and API spend; report cost-per-transaction alongside hours saved.
Reporting and MIS Automation
-
Replace manually assembled MIS with automated pipelines — scheduled extraction, transformation, validation, refresh and distribution.
-
Automate daily attendance and punch-in reporting, department MIS, project progress reporting and payment/follow-up trackers.
-
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards: data modelling, DAX, Power Query, gateways, scheduled refresh and row-level security.
-
Automate recurring report delivery to leadership, internal teams and stakeholders, with exception alerting when numbers breach expected bands.
Production Operations and Governance
-
Own the production estate: monitoring, failure alerting, incident triage, root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
-
Maintain version control, Dev/UAT/Prod separation, deployment documentation and a tested rollback path for every automation.
-
Enforce security standards — credential vaulting, least-privilege service accounts, PII handling, audit logging and retention. Social media and CMS credentials must move into a vault; no plain-text credential storage.
-
Write the runbooks and train business users to trigger, monitor and first-line-support their own automations.
Required Skills
-
4–7 years building and supporting production automations you can walk through in detail.
-
UiPath: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, assets, triggers, selectors and exception handling — production experience, not training-lab experience.
-
Power Automate: cloud and desktop flows, connectors, expressions, approvals, solutions and environment management.
-
n8n, Make, Zapier or an equivalent orchestration tool: API-driven workflows, webhooks, scheduling, branching and error handling in production.
-
Depth in at least two automation platforms and the demonstrated ability to pick up a third — we care far more about your judgement in choosing tools than about loyalty to any one of them.
-
Programming in Python or .NET/C# or VB.NET; REST/SOAP API integration, JSON/XML, OAuth, API keys and webhooks.
-
SQL — queries, joins and stored procedures; advanced Excel automation and large-scale data manipulation.
-
Shipped LLM API work (Claude, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) including prompt design, structured output, context management and cost control.
-
Strong PDD, SDD and runbook documentation discipline.
-
Ability to extract requirements from non-technical users, including the exceptions they forget to mention.
