RTR Accountant

We are seeking a skilled RTR Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Record to Report (RTR) processes, with expertise in IFRS and US GAAP standards. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and will involve managing the general ledger and related financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the RTR process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Continuously improve RTR processes and implement best practices.
