Purpose of the Job

The job incumbent will provide all rounded sales administration support to the team to achieve monthly delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales contracts of New Car & Used Car and verify with Sales Executives team for the order and payments

• Handle the preparation work of required documents for vehicle licensing, ownership transfers, and delivery

• Ensure all sales data/ information / documents are accurate and up to date in respective platforms & complied with internal compliance and Principal’s monthly, half yearly audit requirements

• Prepare payment requests for overpayments and manage requisition forms for purchases

• Provide regular sales reports for management review Liaise with internal counterparts to enhance operation efficiency and achieving relevant KPIs

• Ensure all documents are filed properly

• Support and assist in implementation of various sales events/ promotional activities

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines

• 3 years’ working experience in sales administration, experience in motor industry will be an advantage

• Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multitask

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese

• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
