Join the Lucky Shoes Team

Where passion meets purpose — and effort truly pays off.

At Lucky Shoes, we don’t just sell shoes — we fit, educate, and guide customers toward comfort, support, and confidence. We’re a long-standing, locally owned business committed to delivering exceptional service and expert fittings that make a real difference in people’s lives.

If you enjoy connecting with customers, staying active, and earning based on your effort, this role could be a great fit.

⭐ What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, active sales role — not a cashier position. You will:

• Greet every customer, every time — no exceptions
• Ask questions, listen actively, and guide customers through a full-service fitting experience
• Stay curious & continuously learn about footwear, foot health, and orthotic solutions
• Follow our selling approach to meet and exceed personal sales goals
• Help maintain a positive, professional environment
• Stay active, engaged, and present on the sales floor — no standing around

🚀 Who Thrives Here

You’ll love this role if you are:

• Friendly and confident talking to anyone
• Motivated by goals, growth, and earning opportunity
• Quick to learn new information and adapt in a fast paced training environment
• Comfortable staying active - standing, bending, lifting, and fitting shoes or adjusting stock throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Dependable, on time, and professional
• Eager to learn and open to feedback

If you want a passive retail job or prefer just ringing people up, this isn’t the right fit. If you enjoy helping people and staying busy — you’ll do well here.

🎁 What You’ll Enjoy

• Hourly base wage + generous commissions, spiffs, and incentives
• Medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, short term disability, and life insurance*
• 401K program and discretionary bonuses
• Paid Holidays and Paid time off*
• 30% discount on all products

*Some benefits based on full-time employment
