Sales Associate

Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month

The Sales Associate is an entry-level development role under the TIM Sales Acceleration Program (TSAP) designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future Account Manager positions. The role provides structured exposure to TIM's business, solutions, sales processes, and customer engagement activities through a 12-month accelerated development journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all learning and development activities under TSAP.

• Support lead generation, customer engagement, proposal preparation, CRM management, and opportunity tracking activities.

• Assist Account Managers in managing customer relationships and business opportunities.

• Successfully complete program assessments, certifications, and development milestones required for progression to an Account Manager role.

• Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or any related field.

• Open for fresh graduates or with at least 2 years of sales experience.

• Basic understanding of business, sales, marketing, customer service, or information technology concepts.

• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrates learning agility, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt to new technologies, products, and business environments.
