Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and distributors to facilitate effective communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other order-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and pending payments to maintain a seamless sales process.
• Maintain comprehensive sales reports, customer records, and order status updates to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries of products to customers.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and sales-related queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and follow-up.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office to manage documentation and reporting tasks.
• Previous experience in sales coordination or order processing is preferred.
