Skills
Nice to have
- An existing network of contacts within central banks, financial supervisory authorities, or public institutions (advantageous, though not a mandatory prerequisite).

- Good understanding of closing deals or carrying an individual sales quota as an Account Executive.
- Foundational understanding of enterprise software architectures and technical implementation processes.
- Any prior contact with the region's supervisory landscape — a central bank, a superintendencia, a banking association, a regional body like CEMLA or ASBA
- Awareness that Basel and international reporting standards get implemented differently country by country, and interest in learning how
- Experience with multilateral-funded projects, which are a common route into public-sector technology purchases in the region
