And we’re just getting started!
About the Role
We’re looking for ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representatives to join our Commercial team and help drive Two’s next stage of growth.
You’ll be responsible for building market share across the Nordics and broader Europe, while supporting our expansion into new strategic markets.
As a Sales Development Representative at Two, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers. You’ll identify and engage prospective merchants, help them understand the value of Two, and turn promising conversations into qualified opportunities for our Sales team.
You’ll work closely with our Sales Managers and Chief Commercial Officer to build strong regional pipelines and continuously improve how we identify, engage and convert prospective customers.
This is an opportunity to develop your commercial career in a fast-growing international fintech while having a direct and measurable impact on Two’s growth.

This role can be based in one of our office hubs in Oslo or Stockholm.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Generate and qualify outbound opportunities and respond to inbound leads.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for our Sales Managers.
- Research prospective companies, industries and decision-makers to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Build a strong understanding of Two’s products, customer segments and value propositions.
- Tailor your outreach and messaging to different customer segments and markets.
