Looking to start your career in sales but keep seeing "1–3 years of experience required"?

Not here.

Rome Logistics Group is looking for motivated, outgoing, and ambitious individuals to join our growing Charlotte Sales team as Sales Development Representatives.

This role is designed for people who are new to professional sales and ready to learn. Whether you're a recent college graduate, coming from customer service or hospitality, or simply looking for an opportunity to break into B2B sales, we'll teach you the industry and help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

What We're Looking For

Experience isn't what we're hiring for — potential is.

We're looking for people who are ready to learn, willing to challenge themselves, and motivated by the opportunity to build a career where their results matter.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable talking to new people and aren't afraid to pick up the phone

• Are competitive, motivated, and excited by achieving goals

• Communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships

• Are resilient and don't let hearing "no" stop you

• Are curious, ask questions, and want to understand how things work

• Can think critically and work through problems

• Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Take feedback well and are eager to improve

• Want a career where your responsibilities and earning potential can grow with your performance

Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, fundraising, recruitment, or other people-focused environments can be an asset, but previous professional sales or logistics experience is not required.

Compensation & Earning Potential

You'll start with a $50,000 USD base salary plus uncapped commission, giving you the stability of a guaranteed salary while you learn the business and develop your sales skills.

As you gain experience, develop new business, and reach performance milestones, you'll have the opportunity to increase your earnings through commission.

There is no ceiling on commission, meaning your earning potential can continue to grow alongside your performance.

Full details of our commission structure, performance milestones, and career progression are discussed during the interview process.
