##
You open the door to new business. As our Sales Development Representative, you identify and engage pharmaceutical companies in North America, qualify their needs and build a strong pipeline of opportunities for our Account Executives. You join a small, international sales team that aims to double sales in North America within three years.
Your key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers, mainly through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and online sources
- Follow up with existing customers and uncover new opportunities
- Assess customer needs, qualify leads using BANT and book demos for our Account Executives
- Support our Account Executives with account management and growth opportunities in existing accounts
- Generate opportunities typically ranging from USD 5K to 50K – and, as you grow, handle your own smaller opportunities
- Share market insights with Marketing and R&D to sharpen our positioning and products
- First experience in B2B sales, ideally in an inside sales or SDR role, with a track record of generating qualified opportunities
- Hands-on experience with a modern sales stack: CRM, data sources, LinkedIn and sequencing tools
- Fluent English, written and spoken – required because 99 % of our clients are based in the United States and all client communication takes place in English
- Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing – you build trust quickly with new contacts
- You work independently with little supervision and take ownership of your targets
- Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5 %)
- Nice to have: knowledge of regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices, understanding of SaaS, and experience in technical support or pre-sales
- Attractive compensation package: competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus
- Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage
- Learning budget, structured training through our Sales Academy platform and personal coaching
- A full sales tech stack and a diverse, international team with short decision paths
- Hybrid work: 3 days in our Montreal office, 2 days remote
- Cell Allowance
