Skills
Must have
- You see growth as building long-term strategic partnerships, not closing transactions
- You connect business challenges to integrated solutions that combine strategy, data, cloud and AI, and generate measurable value
- You are a hunter: you open doors at the executive level and create opportunities rather than wait for them
- You are comfortable facilitating strategic conversations and influencing complex, multi-stakeholder buying decisions
- You lead by example, selling alongside the team and building a culture of accountability, curiosity and collaboration
- You balance commercial ambition with a real interest in your clients' long-term objectives
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong hunter mentality, with a proven track record of winning new business, and you elevate the performance of the entire team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; MBA or executive education is an asset
- 10+ years in consultative B2B sales, ideally in technology consulting or professional services, with at least 3–5 years leading sales teams or regional sales
- Proven track record in hunting and winning strategic new accounts in LATAM, with a documented history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Business development, cloud or partner ecosystem certifications are an asset
- Selling integrated transformation initiatives that combine business strategy, data, cloud, analytics and AI
- Leading complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and C-level decision-makers, including RFI, RFP and SoW processes
- Building business cases, quantifying value and communicating measurable ROI
- Managing pipeline, forecast and sales KPIs with CRM discipline
- Building and managing alliances with technology vendors, hyperscalers and local partners
- Understanding of professional services delivery models and consulting engagements
- Leading, mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams
- Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus
- Ability to manage multicultural teams and clients across LATAM
Nice to have
- Experience in global consulting firms or technology integrators
- Knowledge of modern data and AI ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic or Open AI.
- Established executive network in key LATAM markets
Full description
Why Keyrus, Why Now!Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.
AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills - you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every system you architect, every client challenge you solve, every deployment that compounds on the last.
Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision-making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.
Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.
🚀 What You'll Lead
As Sales Director for LATAM, you build and run the hunting engine for the region: you open new logos, shape integrated offers that combine business strategy, data, cloud, AI and consulting, and grow Keyrus into a trusted partner for executive teams. You are a player-coach: an aggressive hunter who opens strategic accounts yourself while leading, mentoring and holding accountable the LATAM sales team.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for LATAM: priority countries, industries, target accounts and territories
- Own the regional new-business target, pipeline health and forecast, and report directly to the CEO of Americas
- Drive aggressive new logo hunting, personally and through the team, with C-level and executive engagement across business, data, IT and operations
- Lead the full consultative sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, RFI/RFP/SoW, negotiation and contract execution
- Position integrated value propositions with Consulting, Data, Cloud, AI and Delivery teams, selling business outcomes, not isolated technology
- Build business cases that quantify value and ROI, and sponsor executive workshops, PoCs and strategic presentations
- Develop strategic alliances and the partner ecosystem (technology vendors, hyperscalers, local partners) as a source of pipeline and credibility
