Sales Enablement Manager

About Upsun

Upsun is the software factory for human-AI workflows. We give teams one unified platform to create, review, deploy, and run software, with AI agents and humans working in sync. Developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams use Upsun to build and ship with confidence, without wrestling with infrastructure.

Upsun brings this together through two products: one that shapes the work, and one that runs it.

• Upsun Dispatch™: the AI-first product accelerator. Dispatch governs and simplifies collaboration between AI agents and cross-functional human teams, so work gets shaped, reviewed, and moved to production faster. Ship better code, not just more code.

• Upsun Cloud: the Cloud Application Platform for AI acceleration. Cloud is where that software runs. It helps organizations launch agentic software into production confidently and reliably, with:

• Predictable performance, even at scale

• Secure, compliant environments by default

• Real-time observability and profiling built in

• Cloning, configuration, and provisioning in seconds

• Sandbox environments where AI agents can build and test safely

The name says it all. "Up" means uptime, reliability, and acceleration. "Sun" reflects our follow-the-sun-support, a 24x7, globally distributed support team keeping the lights on while you rest. Our core belief is that software should power brighter solutions and greater innovation.

What's our commonality, our cultural fabric? A curious spirit and a thirst for knowledge; an eagerness for innovative ideas and cultures. We believe we can build anything together in an environment that frees you to do your best work.

Our values:

🌿 We make a positive impact.

✨ We aim for the stars.

💚 We care for each other.

Impact of a Sales Enablement Manager

As Sales Enablement Manager, you will own the onboarding path a seller follows in week one, the certification that shows they can execute, the kit that arrives before the deal does, and the measurement that shows it works. Our selling methodology only works if it holds when nobody is in the room. Our revenue enablement team makes that happen. One part of the team sets the methodology and coaches sellers directly. In close partnership with the Head of Sales Enablement, you will build and run the other part: the programs and systems that carry it every day.

Effective enablement goes beyond initial training to keep pace with a dynamic environment. As sellers join mid-quarter, product releases ship, and tools evolve, static frameworks in decks aren't enough. You will build robust systems and machinery that continuously support sellers and improve over time.

In this role you will report to the Senior Director, Customer Solutions.

What to expect

-
Programs and systems: Run onboarding and ramp for new sellers, with clear steps, checkpoints, and certification. Build the product change process as a system, so product updates reach sellers on time.

-
Sales plays and measurement: Build assets for sales plays and roll them out. Track ramp time, certification currency, and content usage. Report what the data shows and what to keep, change, or stop.

-
Content and knowledge: Build industry kits that sellers can use in a live deal. Deliver product trainings. Keep our knowledge base current and easy to search. Build a practice catalog for sellers, with AI roleplay where it helps.

-
AI as a practical tool: Use AI to speed up drafting, curation, and routine tasks. Test ideas quickly, keep what works, and protect quality while you move fast.

-
Cross-team partnership: Work with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering. Bring clear requirements and follow up after each launch, so sellers are ready when a release arrives.

-
Prioritization: You will have more requests than time. Prioritize the backlog, sequence the work, and explain your choices to your partners.

What you bring

-
Enablement program experience: Proven experience running sales enablement, revenue enablement, or GTM programs from start to finish in B2B technology, including programs that changed a measurable behavior.

-
Sales or solutions engineering background: Experience in sales or solutions engineering, with a clear sense of what sellers need in a live deal.

-
Builder mindset with AI: Experience turning repeated work into systems that run without you, and hands-on use of AI for drafting, summarizing, or automated workflows. Knowledge of where AI saves time and where it adds review work.

-
Clear thinking and measurement: Experience turning a goal into a defined problem, scope, steps, and success measure. Familiarity with choosing and tracking a leading indicator.

-
Technical product and tools: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and developer workflows, enough to talk with technical buyers. Experience writing clear requirements for RevOps and working with enablement tools such as an LMS or knowledge base.

Bonus points

-
Experience setting up an LMS, knowledge management, conversation intelligence, or roleplay tool from scratch.

-
Experience building agents, skills, or automated workflows to support your own work or your team's work.

-
Experience enabling sellers for a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools product.
