**Your opportunity
New Relic is seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Enablement Program Manager to help run the day-to-day operations and program execution of our Global Sales Enablement Team.
Global Sales Enablement is a foundational part of how we set our sellers up for success. Our work empowers sellers across their entire lifecycle—from onboarding and ongoing skill development to major events like Sales Kickoff, as well as technical and customer-facing training.
Sitting at the center of this team, you will maintain a bird’s eye view of our priorities and programs, ensuring the right people are aligned, commitments are clear, and work moves forward. You’ll own the operating rhythm that keeps our team organized and accountable – from planning and prioritization to program management, status updates, communications and follow-through.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable getting into the details and commanding a room. You’ll work closely with Enablement leadership and stakeholders across the GTM organization, facilitate cross-functional conversations and represent Enablement in meetings and initiatives as needed.
Ultimately you’ll help keep the Enablement engine running–bringing the structure, coordination and accountability that allows our team to focus on what matters most: equipping our sellers and leaders with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed.
**What you'll do
Run the Enablement Operating Rhythm**
- Maintain a bird’s eye view across the Global Sales Enablement portfolio and unified roadmap of all enablement programs – from onboarding and ongoing sales readiness to events and customer enablement– ensuring priorities, programs, and key milestones stay connected and on track.
- Own team planning and program management cadences, ensuring clear agendas, decisions, owners, timelines and follow through
- Serve as the central source of truth for what’s in-flight, what’s coming next, and where attention and decisions are needed
- Keep teams accountable to commitments and proactively follow up on actions, dependencies, risks, blockers
- Help manage and prioritize incoming requests against existing commitments
