Sales Executive - Commercial Business Solutions

Sales Executive | Commercial Business SolutionsCentral King County, Washington

City Wide Facility Solutions of Washington is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our Commercial Business Solutions (CBS) team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys selling, solving problems, and taking ownership of results.

Our CBS team offers 20+ services for commercial properties, ranging from handyman services and exterior repairs to full-scale tenant improvement projects. You’ll help businesses address their facility challenges by connecting them with solutions tailored to their needs.

What This Role Is Really AboutSales comes first. We’re looking for a true hunter—someone who enjoys pursuing new business, is comfortable picking up the phone, creates their own opportunities, and confidently asks for the sale. Through cold calling, face-to-face outreach, and proactive prospecting, you’ll build your pipeline, uncover client needs, develop proposals, and close deals. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate revenue and win new customers.

At the same time, this is not a role where you hand off a signed contract and move on. You’ll stay involved in the details that turn a sale into a successful customer relationship, including coordinating people and pricing, overseeing service delivery, and following through on commitments. You’ll take ownership from the first cold call through a successful account launch—and continue managing those relationships and identifying additional opportunities to serve your clients.

The ability to balance new business development with client and project responsibilities is essential. You should be organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing momentum on your sales goals.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of exceeding targets, a strong work ethic, and confidence using a CRM to manage opportunities and follow-up. You’ll work with clients across industrial, medical, retail, and other commercial settings, bringing positive energy, initiative, and a commitment to an outstanding client experience.

You’ll receive a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings as you build your business and deliver results.

At City Wide, you’ll join a people-focused team that values integrity, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Our leadership is committed to supporting your development and recognizing your contributions. We’re looking for someone who wants to win new business—and deliver on the promises that earned it.Your day may include:

• Prospecting for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and other outbound activities.
• Building relationships with decision-makers such as property managers, facility managers, building owners, and business leaders.
• Walking commercial properties and understanding the customer’s needs, scope, challenges, and expectations.
• Developing solutions and proposals based on what the customer needs.
• Finding and coordinating with the right service providers or internal contractors to determine how the work can be performed.
• Gathering quotes and pricing, comparing options, and building a profitable proposal.
• Presenting proposals and selling the solution, handling objections, negotiating, and asking for the business.
• Managing multiple active opportunities at different stages of the sales process — prospecting one account while pricing another, following up on a proposal, and getting another new customer ready to launch.
• Coordinating the transition from sold work to operations, making sure the scope, pricing, schedule, and expectations are clearly communicated.
• Following up and staying organized in the CRM, keeping opportunities moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Solving problems as they arise by communicating with customers, service providers, and internal teams.
