Job Title- Sales Executive

Department- Elevate Jet Sales

Location- Remote

Who we areElevate Jet is the modern evolution of Elevate Aviation Group, bringing nearly thirty years of private aviation expertise into a new, technology-driven era. As the FAA-certificated airline within the organization, Elevate Jet manages and operates aircraft directly while offering advisory, acquisition, and management services. Built for clients whose time is their most valuable asset, Elevate Jet pairs operational mastery with seamless technology to make private aviation as simple as it should be.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to lead new business development for Elevate Jet. As a Sales Executive, you won't be selling seats on a plane. You'll be selling trust, precision, and peace of mind to the individuals and corporations who can't afford to get travel wrong. If you thrive on building relationships from the ground up, love the chase of a qualified lead, and want to represent a brand with a nearly 30-year reputation for getting it right, this is your seat at the table.

You'll bring a consultative approach to prospecting and educating both direct clients and third-party resellers, growing revenue through Charter, Membership, Corporate Shuttle, VIP, and executive jet services. This is a direct-to-client sales role, not wholesale charter brokering, giving you the opportunity to build lasting relationships rather than transactional ones.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and call on new potential accounts, setting client visits and educating third-party resellers on Elevate Jet's full suite of products and services
• Discover, cultivate, and convert pre-qualified leads across multiple databases into long-term clients
• Build compelling proposals, quotes, and bids that win trip contracts
• Represent Elevate Jet at industry tradeshows, following up on generated leads and nurturing existing accounts
• Serve as an ambassador for the Elevate Jet brand, helping shape the culture and reputation that sets us apart

About Elevate Aviation Group-

Elevate Aviation Group is a privately held aviation organization established in 1995, comprising Private Jet Services (PJS), Elevate Jet, and Elevate MRO. Together, these divisions serve every stage of private aviation, from first inquiry and flight planning to aircraft acquisition, management, and maintenance.

We occupy a rare position in private aviation, combining the scale and resources of a national organization with the agility and discretion of a boutique firm. Operating at the standard of aviation excellence means holding our people to that same standard. Our teams anticipate needs, take ownership, and approach every mission with care, precision, and pride. In this world, the greatest cost is not the flight itself but the cost of not arriving when it matters most.

As we enter our fourth decade, we are revolutionizing how we approach the market, building a technology-enabled system that empowers our people to focus on what they do best: anticipating problems before they occur so they never reach our clients, and providing a frictionless, calm experience from departure to destination. For nearly thirty years, we have supported some of the most defining moments in modern history—from presidential campaigns and global sporting events to world tours and humanitarian missions—all with an unwavering commitment to flawless execution.

We are the architects of seamless arrival.
