Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on direct sales and business development within the BFSI sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of banking, insurance, and financial services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the B2B sales environment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in direct sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including banking, insurance, and NBFCs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CASA sales and field sales techniques is a plus.
