Help Build the Future of Elmer’s in Brazil

Bring the next generation of agricultural equipment and technology to one of the world’s most important and fastest-growing farming markets.

Elmer’s is a Canadian agricultural equipment manufacturer with a global mindset. We build equipment for some of the most demanding farming environments in the world and are continually pushing further into automation, connected equipment, software, and technology that helps farmers move more grain, reduce complexity, and accomplish more during the critical moments of the season. We are a company that likes setting a new standard rather than following an old one.

Now we’re bringing that mindset to Brazil.

Brazil is one of the world’s great agricultural growth markets. Farms continue to grow in scale, productivity, and sophistication, creating demand for equipment and technology that can keep pace and we believe Elmer’s can be part of that next chapter. We’re bringing new equipment, ideas, and technology to Brazil to help Brazilian producers increase productivity, move more efficiently, and continue growing one of the world’s most important agricultural industries. And we’re looking for someone who wants to help build it.

You won’t inherit a territory. You’ll build one.

You’ll introduce farmers and dealers to equipment and technology they may not have experienced before. You’ll find the right dealers, build relationships from the sales floor to dealer ownership, develop reference customers, and turn interest into equipment sales. You’ll run demonstrations properly finding the right producer, making sure the machine is ready, getting people in the cab, asking the right questions, and asking for the order. You’ll carry those field insights back to Elmer’s so our products and approach keep evolving for the Brazilian market. You won’t be doing it alone, Elmer’s team members will be on the ground in Brazil alongside you, backed by our broader product, engineering, marketing, logistics, and customer support teams. The person who builds this market today could ultimately lead the organization that represents Elmer’s across Brazil.

You might be our person if…

· You’d rather demonstrate a machine in the field than explain it from a brochure.

· You understand that selling agricultural equipment starts with understanding the farmer’s operation.

· You have a network, but you don’t depend on one.

· You know the difference between signing a dealer and building a dealer that actually sells equipment.

· You’re fluent in Portuguese and can communicate effectively in English with the broader Elmer’s team.

· You don’t need a mature territory handed to you, you want to point at something five years from now and say, “I helped build that.”

The Opportunity

This isn’t a job maintaining someone else’s market. It’s an opportunity to introduce new technology, build a dealer network, develop customers, and help create Elmer’s business in Brazil from the ground up. If you know Brazilian agriculture, understand equipment, love selling, and are energized by the idea of building something significant, we want to meet you.
