Sales Manager DACH - Digital Signage

Kuori is a Finnish display technology pioneer, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Finland.

We specialise in custom-designed outdoor and indoor display solutions and touchscreens built for demanding commercial environments. Our portfolio also includes payment kiosks and tailored OEM solutions.

With our hardware already running reliably in more than 30 countries worldwide, we’ve proven that Finnish engineering works everywhere. Now, we are accelerating our growth in the DACH market to become the go-to, trusted display partner for the region's top digital signage players - and we now need the right person to help us turn up the volume.

We are now looking for a Sales Manager to take commercial ownership of Kuori's Digital Signage business across the DACH region. Your focus will be on building new business, developing strategic customer relationships and growing Kuori's position within the Digital Signage and DOOH ecosystem.

If you are a seasoned digital signage insider with a DACH contact list so deep you could practically host your own industry summit - keep on reading!

We are looking for a natural hunter who gets genuine satisfaction from opening doors, untangling complex hardware/software integrations, and turning tough technical requirements into closed deals. You speak fluent German, English, and "Hardware Sales," and you would rather build a territory from scratch than sit back and manage someone else's legacy pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and win new customers within the Digital Signage and DOOH ecosystem

• Build strategic relationships with DOOH operators, system integrators and other key industry players

• Develop existing strategic accounts and identify opportunities for further growth

• Take full ownership of building and executing Kuori's DACH go-to-market and sales plan together with the rest of the team

• Independently drive complex solution sales processes from opportunity creation and technical discussions through negotiation and closing

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring visibility of short- and long-term opportunities

• Work closely with Kuori's sales, product and technology teams and bring customer and market insight into product and business development

• Represent Kuori at relevant Digital Signage, DOOH and industry events across the DACH region

You are our ideal candidate if you have

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the Digital Signage and/or DOOH industry

• A proven commercial track record in B2B solution sales and business development

• Previous experience working for a DOOH operator/media owner, Digital Signage system integrator, or professional display/hardware manufacturer

• A strong existing network within the German Digital Signage and/or DOOH market; wider DACH relationships are a strong advantage

• Deep understanding of the Digital Signage and DOOH value chain, customers, decision-makers and commercial models

• Proven ability to open doors, develop new accounts and close significant B2B opportunities

• Experience in selling technical solutions where hardware, software, integration and customer-specific requirements come together

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate independently in a market-building role

• Native-level or fluent German and excellent English

What we offer

• A key commercial role with real ownership of the DACH market

• The opportunity to build and shape Kuori's business in one of Europe's largest Digital Signage markets

• A differentiated and proven display portfolio already deployed in more than 30 countries

• A driven, highly skilled and supportive team behind you – from sales and product development to engineering and operations – ready to support you and your customers every step of the way

• Direct access to our C-level, product development, and engineering teams. Unlike the display mega-corps, you won't need to fight through endless middle management just to get a customer feature request heard

• An entrepreneurial international environment with short decision-making paths

• A competitive compensation package including performance-based incentives

• Full-time / permanent contract

Location: Germany - remote / home office based
