Full description
Warrior Epoxy, LLC is seeking a proven, hands-on Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our residential and commercial sales operation across the Permian Basin. This is a player-coach role for a sales leader who can personally close business, develop a high-performing sales process, recruit and coach sales reps, and take ownership of revenue growth.
Sales Manager – Home Improvement & Commercial Coatings
Warrior Epoxy, LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales operation and help build the next stage of our company.
This is not a desk-only management position. Initially, you will operate as a player-coach—personally running opportunities and closing business while developing the processes, accountability, and sales team necessary to scale.
We want someone who understands how to turn leads into appointments, appointments into proposals, and proposals into signed projects—and who can eventually teach a team to do it consistently.
What You’ll Own
- Personally run and close residential and commercial sales opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline from new lead through signed contract
- Build and improve sales processes, presentations, scripts, follow-up systems, and closing procedures
- Monitor lead response time, appointments, proposals, close rate, average ticket, pipeline value, and revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Develop systematic follow-up for unsold estimates and older opportunities
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, builders, contractors, property managers, commercial accounts, and other relationships
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales representatives as the department grows
- Conduct sales coaching, ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and performance reviews
- Establish individual and team sales targets and accountability
- Work with marketing to evaluate lead quality, campaigns, offers, and lead sources
- Coordinate sold projects with Operations for a clean sales-to-production handoff
- Maintain pricing discipline and help protect project profitability
- Report sales performance, forecasts, opportunities, and challenges directly to ownership
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell and knows how to make other salespeople better.
The right candidate is competitive, accountable, organized, comfortable with numbers, and capable of operating independently.
You should be equally comfortable meeting a homeowner at their property, presenting to a commercial customer or contractor, reviewing a sales pipeline, coaching a salesperson, and personally closing a high-value opportunity.
