Sales Manager

Wefabricate accelerates and strengthens the development, industrialization and production of technical products. With speed, WFdesign engineering and modular, automated manufacturing processes, we deliver complete solutions from design and prototyping to machining, molding, electronics, modules and full system assembly. That’s how we help our clients innovate faster and scale with confidence.

What sets us apart is that we bring speed, smart engineering and industrialization together in one integrated manufacturing platform. With WFdesign we think along from day one, and automated production lets us deliver everything from machining and molding to electronics, modules and full systems. Clients don’t get a supplier. They get an end-to-end partner that speeds up innovation and makes scaling predictable.
We’re building a future in which manufacturing is radically more efficient, smarter and more predictable. Through WFdesign as our innovation engine, automation, modular production and end-to-end lifecycle management, we’re becoming the most modern and scalable manufacturing partner in the Netherlands: an organization that helps clients become the market leader in their own industry. Every new customer you bring in gives another company the chance to build faster, smarter and more predictably.

As a Sales Manager, you own the full acquisition process yourself, from the first conversation to a signed quotation, across our product groups (PCBA, System Integration, Injection Moulding, Machinery, Molds and Rapid & Engineering) and our strategic markets (Medical & Life Science, Defence & Security, Industrial Robotics & Automation and Emerging High-Tech). Location is flexible. Our culture is hands-on and ambitious: real ownership, short lines and a sharp focus on getting things done.

What you’ll do

During acquisition, you’re the first point of contact and the commercial face of Wefabricate. You:

• spot new market opportunities and trends per product-market combination, and act on them yourself

• generate and qualify leads across all relevant market segments; nobody hands them to you

• build and maintain relationships with potential customers and strategic partners, in person and without layers in between

• set your own targets for revenue, pipeline value and market penetration, and go after them (when a deal closes, we celebrate it)

• prepare and support customer proposals, tenders and quotations, and drive the process yourself through to closing

• work directly with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations to safeguard project feasibility; you call or message the right person yourself

Once a deal is signed, you hand the customer over to the Project Coordinator, but the result stays yours: you’re available in the background for escalations, and on strategically important or large accounts you stay actively involved.

This is you

• Commercially driven and results-oriented: you set targets, hit them, and celebrate when you do

• Someone who builds trust easily, even with technically complex stakeholders

• You go after a lead yourself instead of waiting for it to land on your desk; ownership is in your system

• You switch effortlessly between commerce and technology

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system

What we offer

• Flexible working hours, on-site at our Duizel or Best location
