Sales & Outreach Specialist

About Us

We’re a leading digital marketing agency with a passion for helping brands grow online (through digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, CRO & Paid Social) — and we are looking for someone just as driven to grow with us. Our team is creative, collaborative, and just a little bit obsessed with delivering kickass results for our clients. If you’re someone who thrives on connection, communication, and creating opportunities, you’ll fit right in here.

What You’ll Do

As our Sales & Outreach Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts. You’ll help us find and connect with potential clients who can benefit from our marketing magic. Expect variety, independence, and plenty of opportunities to make a real impact.

Your day-to-day will include outreach activities such as:

• Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and engage with potential leads

• Conducting email outreach and cold calls to start meaningful conversations

• Organising meetings with between interested prospects & sales personnel

• Managing and nurturing leads in HubSpot CRM

• Coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and strategy, as well as to ensure smooth lead flow and successful campaign execution.

• Tracking performance metrics and continuously optimizing outreach efforts

• Representing our agency with enthusiasm, curiosity, and professionalism

##

Who You Are

• Confident, communicative, and proactive — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them

• Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus)

• Interested in digital marketing, sales, or business development

• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to hit goals

• Excited to work in a friendly, startup-like culture where ideas matter

##

Why You’ll Love Working Here
