Sales Representative (B2B AI SaaS)

B2B AI SaaS Sales Representative — Sembly AI
Sembly AI helps professional teams turn meetings into actionable insights, automated workflows, and client-ready deliverables. We bring meeting intelligence and AI-powered productivity into the tools and processes businesses use every day.

We’re looking for an engaging, technically proficient sales professional who builds strong customer relationships and turns opportunities into revenue. You’ll own the sales cycle—from generating leads and running discovery to delivering demos, navigating requirements, and closing deals.

What you’ll do
Build and close pipeline. Develop your own leads through targeted outreach, networking, and prospect research, while converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities.
Lead consultative sales conversations. Understand customers’ workflows, pain points, and buying criteria. Deliver tailored demos that connect Sembly’s capabilities to measurable business value.
Build lasting relationships. Establish trust with champions, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders through thoughtful conversations and consistent follow-through.
Handle objections and sharpen competitive positioning. Address concerns around value, pricing, adoption, security, and alternatives. Create and maintain practical battle cards based on competitor research and real sales conversations.
Navigate technical and compliance requirements. Identify integration needs involving APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and webhooks. Coordinate SOC 2 documentation, security reviews, and technical discussions with the appropriate internal teams.
Use AI to improve sales execution. Apply AI agents, research tools, and automation to prospecting, account preparation, personalized outreach, follow-ups, and CRM maintenance.
Keep the CRM accurate and actionable. Maintain opportunity stages, next steps, stakeholder information, and reliable forecasts.
Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success. Share buyer insights, refine messaging and campaigns, and ensure smooth handoffs with clear customer goals and expectations.

What you bring
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with demonstrated success closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
A warm, engaging communication style, strong listening skills, and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Technical fluency: you learn software quickly, demonstrate it confidently, and explain technical concepts clearly to business audiences.
Practical experience using AI tools and agents to support your sales process.
Familiarity with enterprise buying processes, SOC 2 security reviews, and integration requirements involving APIs, MCP, and webhooks.
Experience managing pipeline and reporting in a CRM; Attio experience is a plus.
Confidence generating your own leads and independently moving opportunities forward.
Excellent spoken and written English and the ability to collaborate across international teams.

What success looks like
A healthy pipeline that includes self-generated opportunities, consistent revenue delivery, accurate forecasts, and customers who enter onboarding with clear expectations. Your insights also help Marketing improve messaging and Customer Success support adoption.
