Sales Representative - First Aid and Safety

Ace First Aid & Safety helps businesses keep their people safe and their workplaces compliant, without the runaround of a national provider. We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Executive to win new customers in Houston. You'll own your pipeline from first conversation to installation, selling first aid, safety, and compliance programs to manufacturers, contractors, restaurants, warehouses, offices, and other local businesses.

This is a hunter role. If you like being in the field, building your own book, and getting paid for results, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Build a steady pipeline of new business through in-person prospecting, phone outreach, referrals, and networking

• Book and run discovery meetings to understand each prospect's safety needs, compliance gaps, and current vendor frustrations

• Walk customers through tailored programs covering first aid cabinet service, AEDs, eyewash stations, PPE, and safety training

• Bring product samples to meetings and demonstrate value on site

• Research prospects ahead of time so every conversation is relevant and informed

• Keep your activity, opportunities, and forecasts current in our CRM

• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new-revenue goals

• Hand off new accounts smoothly to our service team and stay involved to set up future growth

What You Bring

• 1+ years of outside B2B sales experience (new business focus strongly preferred)

• A competitive, self-starting approach: you don't wait for leads to come to you

• Strong communication and presentation skills, in person and over the phone

• Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus

• Experience in uniform, first aid, safety, or route-based services is a bonus, not a requirement

Why Ace

• Earning potential: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

• Bonuses: Monthly tied to new business wins

• Real support: Hands-on onboarding, ride-alongs with experienced reps, and direct access to leadership

• Room to grow: A growing company where top performers move up quickly

• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, car allowance, phone, laptop

• A product you can stand behind: You help businesses protect their employees, and you can sell against national competitors on responsiveness and service

Ace First Aid & Safety is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*
