Identify customer pain points related to machine performance, downtime, maintenance, and production efficiency.
Recommend suitable technical solutions and convince customers on the technical and commercial benefits.
Develop long-term aftermarket and service business within the assigned territory.

• Technical Expertise & Customer Support

Strong understanding of BFS machines (preferably), mould systems, mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine wear parts.
Ability to understand machine problems, analyze failures, and propose technical improvements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, spare part catalogs, and service reports.
Conduct technical discussions confidently with production, maintenance, engineering, and purchase teams.

• Customer Relationship & Aftermarket Growth

Build strong long-term customer relationships through proactive technical support and regular visits.
Increase recurring business through spare parts sales, annual maintenance support, machine refurbishment, and upgrade opportunities.
Support resolution of complaints, technical issues, and overdue matters professionally and efficiently.

• Internal Coordination & Industry Representation

Work closely with service, engineering, finance, manufacturing, and sales support teams for smooth project execution.
Support and coordinate with sales/service agents where applicable.
Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, trade fairs, seminars, and technical events.
