Sales Studio Partner: High-Volume, In-Person Closing Role (Relocation Required)

Who We Are

We Whiten was founded in 2020 on the belief that teeth whitening services should be accessible and simple. Our founder noticed a major gap within the existing dental industry – teeth whitening services were painful, priced incredibly high, and available only to some.

Now, we have 30+ teeth whitening studios located in 8 states and will soon be expanding into many more markets across the United States!

Sales Studio Partner: High-Volume, In-Person Closing Role (Relocation Required)We Whiten | Full-time | In person | Markets in UT, CO, NV, AZ, NM, and TXThe short version

This is a sales job. We put qualified, booked clients in front of you every day, and you close them face to face. There's no cold calling and no chasing strangers: the leads are generated for you, and your income moves with what you convert. If you want more at-bats than you've ever had and a scoreboard that pays you for winning, keep reading.

About the role

As a Sales Studio Partner, you run one-on-one consults with clients who have already raised their hand. Your job is to diagnose what they want, present the right package, handle objections, and close. You'll also perform the whitening session itself, which is simple, fully trained, and gives you extra time with each client to build trust and sell.

This posting is open to candidates anywhere in the US who are willing to relocate to one of our markets before starting.

What you'll do

• Close: run in-person consults and sell whitening packages to booked clients

• Upsell: move clients from single sessions into packages and higher-value options

• Follow up: work your pipeline of leads, no-shows, and past clients so nothing slips through the cracks

• Rebook: turn first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals

• Track: know your close rate, average ticket, and rebook rate, and work to raise them

• Deliver: perform the whitening session (paid training provided, no experience needed) and keep your studio client-ready

Who wins here

• You have B2C, B2B, or commission-driven sales experience, or the raw drive to outwork people who do

• You love being measured and would rather be paid on output than on hours

• You're comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections in person

• You're coachable and will run a proven sales process before trying to rewrite it

• You stay productive working solo, without a manager over your shoulder

• You're willing to move for the right opportunity

Who this is not for

• People who are uncomfortable asking for money

• People who want a salary that stays the same whether they perform or not

• People who aren't open to relocating

What you get

• Uncapped commission

• Monthly performance bonuses based on location revenue

• On track earnings of $100k to begin, our top earners are at $200k+

• Tips, plus complimentary whitening monthly

• Health, Vision, dental insurance and paid time off

• 401(k) & 5% company match

• Paid sales and service training

• A real path up: we're a growing national brand and we promote top performers from within
