Sales Team Manager, Enterprise Restaurants, Uber Advertising

Sales Manager - Enterprise Restaurants - UKIAbout the role and team

Leading at Uber means setting direction in motion, not waiting for perfect conditions. As the Sales Manager for Enterprise Restaurant Advertising vertical, you will build high-performing teams in ambiguous environments, make hard calls under pressure, and carry the weight of decisions that matter. This role is about navigating the messy reality of a hyper-growth advertising business where you’ll turn complexity into clarity while building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment.

You will lead a team of sales and account management professionals tasked with exceeding ambitious revenue goals across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. This is not a role for those seeking a polished script; success here requires grit, resourcefulness, and the ability to lead through influence rather than control. If you lead with clarity, build with heart, and thrive when the stakes are high, this is where you will make your mark.

Your team will collaborate closely with Uber Eats Commercial Teams to identify, develop, pitch, and implement ads & offers solutions that meet merchant objectives, and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ad offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

You’ll be responsible for both the growth of your team’s book of business and the growth and development of your team. Successful candidates will understand Uber marketplace dynamics and be able to navigate and nurture complex internal and external partnerships to deliver meaningful results, while consistently holding themselves and their team accountable to Uber’s core values.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve blockers and inform the local market ad inventory needed for long-term growth.
