Sales Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, particularly within the banking and financial services industry (BFSI). As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our sales team, focusing on upselling and cross-selling techniques, as well as product knowledge related to banking operations and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for sales staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct engaging training sessions that cover essential sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales staff to reinforce training concepts and drive performance.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
