Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce technologies, particularly in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance our customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Strong knowledge of Apex development and Salesforce integration techniques.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Platform Developer I certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
