Must have
- 4+ years of experience in development and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native architectures
- Salesforce certified Admin and PD1
- Strong experience designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), messaging systems, and API design

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to optimize our project management platform.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with Third-party applications, APIs, and internal systems.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, Reports and Dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure Data integrity, Security, and Compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to align Salesforce functionality with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce trends, Releases, and Best practices to enhance platform capabilities.
