We're working with a fantastic Bay of Plenty-based client who is gearing up for an exciting SAP implementation and is looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Procurement and FICO to join the journey from day one.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed the solution after go-live. You'll be embedded throughout the implementation, working alongside the delivery partner, influencing key decisions, understanding the "why" behind the configuration, and becoming the internal expert who helps take the solution successfully into BAU.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering closely with the implementation vendor throughout the project
• Contributing to solution design discussions and key functional decisions
• Reviewing and understanding configuration changes and business impacts
• Participating in workshops and helping shape the future-state solution
• Building deep solution knowledge to support a smooth transition into BAU
• Providing ongoing functional support across Procurement and FICO
• Supporting future enhancements, optimisation initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Becoming a trusted SAP SME within the organisation
