Must have

Deine Aufgaben:
- Beratung mit Fokus auf SAP & Immobilien: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden, ihre immobilienwirtschaftlichen Prozesse (speziell Betriebskosten) in SAP-basierten Software-Systemen optimal umzusetzen.
- Schnell Verantwortung übernehmen: Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase, unterstützt von einem Mentor, übernimmst du eigenständig spannende Consulting-Projekte.
- Digitalisierung rocken: Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Prozesse und zeigst ihnen unsere digitalen Tools aus der Aareon Smart-World und der SAP Blue Eagle Produktwelt.
- System-Setups für Vermietung: Du bist an vorderster Front dabei, wenn es darum geht, SAP-basierte Systeme für vermietungsrelevante Prozesse bei unseren Kunden einzuführen.
- Prozesse smart optimieren: Du analysierst und optimierst SAP-Lösungen (RE-FX), um das Beste aus den Systemen herauszuholen.
- Chancen erkennen: Du erstellst Angebote, findest neue Möglichkeiten bei bestehenden Kunden und unterstützt uns dabei, Neugeschäft an Land zu ziehen.
- Workshops & Schulungen: Du entwickelst spannende Workshops und Schulungen, die unsere Kunden auf das nächste Level bringen.
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, ein immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium oder ein vergleichbarer Bildungshintergrund
- Spezielle Kenntnisse in der Betriebskostenabrechnung im Immobilienmanagement
- Erste Erfahrung in der Beratung und Kenntnisse über die neuesten branchenrelevanten Digitalisierungstrends
- Fundierte SAP®-RE/FX Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Customizing und funktionalem Einsatz
