**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position, you will leverage your analytical mindset and software/ hardware knowledge to complete assigned scope for tasks, requests, and projects:
- Manage Production issue via Service Now, within given SLA
- Involved in MDG Project and Enhancement.
- Perform Data Migration Activity
- Document and build the knowledge based within the team.
- Able to support other SAP Area like SAP FICO when there is low ticket in MDG.
**REQUIREMENTS:
