SDET Engineer

We are looking for an experienced SDET Engineer with expertise in both API and UI Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Rest Assured, and Playwright to build robust automation frameworks and ensure the quality of web applications and backend services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI testing.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Rest Assured and Playwright.
• Perform API validation, functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Automate web application testing and backend service validation.
• Analyse test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Improve test coverage and optimise automation processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 3.8 to 6 years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Expertise in API Automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience in UI/Web Automation using Playwright.
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Mandatory Skills: Java, Rest Assured, Playwright, API Automation Testing, UI Automation Testing, Automation Framework Development.
