SDR Team Lead

What's the Vibe?

Our founders started Creative Force with a single goal in mind: to build industry-leading software with really cool people. As we've grown, we've stayed true to that vision. Our products are ushering in a new era of creative operations for some of the world's largest brands and retailers. And all along the way, hiring great people has remained a critical business priority.

See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. As a remote company with staff across the globe, we've seen firsthand how important it is for our teams to work well together.

And that's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.

That means we don't always hire the people with the most experience. Some of us have PhDs. Others have spent multiple decades working at the top of our field. But we've also hired former tennis coaches, film students, photographers, hotel front desk workers, freelance travel agents, and fashion designers.

While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:

• We love solving challenging problems.
• We're passionate about the work we do.
• And we're the kind of good humans who make you look forward to that morning coffee chat, who bring positive energy to every meeting, go the extra mile for each other, and make work feel a little less like work.

But, hey, there are lots of job posts out there that are cool and vibey and explain how unique their company culture is (look, a ping-pong table!). We know, we've seen them. Some might be truer than others. As for us, we think you'll notice the good vibes the first time we chat.

Still interested? Awesome. Here’s the deal:

As the Enterprise SDR Team Lead at Creative Force, you will play a central role in building and scaling our sales development motion in the Enterprise market.

You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities while also helping establish the processes, messaging, standards, and habits that enable SDRs to perform at their best. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Sales leadership, and Marketing to identify the right accounts, engage the right stakeholders, and create meaningful conversations with prospective customers.

This is a hands-on role. You will lead by example through your own prospecting activity, thoughtful outreach, strong qualification, and consistent pipeline management. At the same time, you will coach and support SDRs, share best practices, identify areas for improvement, and help us develop a scalable lead-generation playbook.

You will have the opportunity to influence how we approach Enterprise prospecting, how we measure success, and how we continuously improve our sales development process.

Normally, this is where you'd find a three-page-long list of required skills, including but not limited to: fire dancing, speed stacking, and knife-forging.

But it's 2026, so we aren't going to do that to you.

We do know, however, what characteristics we believe make a kick-ass SDR Team Lead. To help you evaluate if you'd be a good fit for this role, we've provided them below.

**You are a hands-on leader and coach
**You have experience as an Enterprise SDR, BDR, or in a similar business development role, with a track record of creating qualified opportunities. You are comfortable spending roughly half your time coaching, developing, and supporting the team, and half your time actively prospecting and owning your own pipeline.
You enjoy helping others improve and are comfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. You can coach through practical examples, call reviews, role plays, account research, messaging feedback, and day-to-day conversations. You lead by example and you help build a culture of accountability, transparency, learning, and continuous improvement.

**You are comfortable building from scratch
**You do not need a perfectly documented playbook to be effective. You are excited to build the foundations of an SDR function, from hiring and onboarding a high-performing team to creating clear expectations, prospecting processes, messaging, sequences, qualification standards, and team routines.
You are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable creating structure where there is ambiguity. You know how to identify great talent, set new team members up for success, test new approaches, learn from the results, and turn those lessons into practical processes. You see a blank page as an opportunity rather than a problem.

**You create quality conversations, not just activity
**You understand that effective prospecting is not about sending the highest number of emails or making calls for the sake of it. We are not looking for mass outreach or high volumes of generic, AI-generated messages. You research target accounts, identify relevant stakeholders, and tailor your outreach to the prospect’s business context.
You use technology and AI thoughtfully where it improves your preparation and effectiveness, but you keep the communication relevant, personal, and genuinely human. You ask thoughtful questions, listen for genuine needs, and create valuable conversations. You know that quality, relevance, consistency, and strong follow-up matter as much as activity levels.

**You communicate with conviction and resilience
**You express your point of view confidently, manage up effectively, and navigate different perspectives with maturity. You are collaborative but not passive, and you are willing to challenge assumptions, make recommendations, and stand behind your judgment.
You approach prospecting with consistency, patience, and resilience. You maintain momentum through longer Enterprise sales cycles, learn from setbacks, adjust your approach, and help others stay motivated while remaining focused on improvement.

**Who Isn't This Role For?
**A few things worth being upfront about.

We're hiring for talent based in the USA. If that's not you, we'd love to chat when the right role opens up.

Here's where we'll be real honest with you: things at Creative Force change. A lot.

Our industry, our product, the world: rapid change is everywhere. Some people thrive on all the development opportunities, problem solving, innovation, and general rush that change offers. We're certainly those people, and it's one of our biggest competitive advantages and has been a critical ingredient of our success.

But we know that dynamism isn't for everyone. So if you are looking for a work experience that's a little more chill, hey, we don't blame you! But we probably aren't what you are looking for.

If you're still not sure whether Creative Force is for you, have a look at our Career Page, where you can read more about what it's like working here.

How to Apply

But hey - you're applying for a sales role. So think of it as your first pitch. Sell us on why this is the right move for both of us.

Authenticity wins over polish every time. But if you can make us want to buy, even better.

Once you've recorded your video, simply include the link in your application form.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you. 💜
