Must have
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, crisis management, sports management, or related field; OR high school diploma/GED plus 7+ years related experience (or equivalent combination)
- 5+ years managerial-level experience in security operations, emergency response, law enforcement, or military service, with leadership over teams of 10+
- Experience managing large, distributed part-time or shift-based workforces (100+ personnel) in a live-event, venue, hospitality, or comparable high-tempo environment, including supervising supervisors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience working with external constituencies such as police, fire departments, EMS, and government emergency response agencies
- Knowledge of arena or public venue security and safety regulations; ability to interpret venue policy and procedures
- Crowd management/evacuation training and experience
- Experience with checkpoint/patrol management software or guard-tour verification systems, and CCTV/video surveillance including footage review and retention
- Experience managing equipment/uniform inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination, including basic budget tracking

- Familiarity with NHL or other major-league security standards, credentialing protocols, and event-day operational requirements

Job Summary
